Badrinath - Kedarnath Yatra
Badrinath is a Hindu holy town and a nagar panchayat in Chamoli district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is the most important of the four sites in India's Char Dham pilgrimage. It has an average elevation of 3,415 metres (11,204 feet). It is in the Garhwal hills, on the banks of the Alaknanda River.
Kedarnath is situated in the Uttar Kashi district of the northern state of Uttarakhand. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the exquisitely architectured Kedarnath temple is said to be more than a 1000 years old. Built of extremely large, heavy and evenly cut gray slabs of stones. Kedarnath is located in the Himalayas, about 3584m above sea level near the head of river Mandakini, and is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks.

Day 01: Haridwar
After arriving in Delhi, you will check into the hotel relax a bit. Stay at hotel for the night. In the morning, you will take a train from Delhi to reach Haridwar. Once you reach Haridwar, you would transfer to a hotel. By afternoon, you can visit some of the finest temples like Pareshwar Mahadev Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple and Mansa Devi Temple. Other popular attractions of Haridwar include the Bhimgoda Tank, Lal Mata Temple, Parmath Ashram, Bharat Mata Temple, Pareshwar Maha dev Temple, Pawan Dham Temple, and Saptrishi Ashram.
Day 02: Haridwar – Rishikesh
In the morning, enjoy some left over charms that Haridwar has to offer you. By evening, you can drive to Rishikesh. It is a breathtaking place also known as the “Place of sages”. Rishikesh is the convergence of the rivers Chandrabhaga and Ganga. Rishikesh is also the starting point of the Char Dham pilgrims. People from the world visit the place for learning meditation, yoga and other aspects of Hinduism. Most popular attraction of Rishikesh is Laxman Jhula, the hanging bridge on the River Ganga. The hanging bridge offers a beautiful and breathtaking view of the river Ganga.
Day 03: Rishikesh – Rudraprayag
Start the day by leaving for Rudraprayag. It is the confluence of river Mandakini and river Alaknanda. You can stay at a hotel here for night.
Day 04: Rudraprayag - Kedarnath – Rudraprayag
After breakfast, you can drive from Rudraprayag towards Gaurikund, from where you will trek towards Kedarnath. After praying to Lord Shiva, you can spend the night at Kedarnath. After reaching Kedarnath, you will proceed towards Rudraprayag. Stay here at a hotel for the night.
Day 05: Rudraprayag - Joshimath - Badrinath – Rudraprayag- Rishikesh
Leave for Badrinath in the morning. By afternoon, you can start for Joshimath, visiting Vishnu Prayag on the way. Reach Joshimath by evening. Continue the journey towards Rudraprayag and then leave for Rishikesh, visiting Deoprayag, confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers on the way. Stay at Rishikesh for the night.
Day 06: Rishikesh – Delhi
This would be the last day of your trip. You can reach Delhi from Rishikesh on his day.
